I was on spring break last week and did not log food. I drank beer and just enjoyed a week off. I did hit it hard at the gym 3 days, though. Tried to be mindful about what I ate, and still tried to steer away from animal products. It's a process. We have 7 weeks left of the semester, and I'll be super-busy, so staying on track with FS and the gym will be good for me. It's all down hill from here!
