The back of my ankle (where back of a tennis shoe usually hits) is really sore because they started bleeding somehow yesterday. I don't know if they're bad enough that I can't go walking today. Right now I just have a medicated bandaid on each ankle.
(UPDATE) If they hurt too much to go walking, I think I'll do some strength training instead.
