Shit. I suck at this. I hate my life and how I am feeling about myself. I don't know how I'm going to wear 2x shirts on the trip to NOLA. What to do? Exercise my ass off and eat right. What the hell is wrong with me? Okay, give it to God. God sees me at my best. *deep breath*

Tomorrow. I'm going to:

Drink water.
Exercise in the morning (Jonathan)
Exercise in the evening (Skinny Ms)
Follow Atkins plan
Stay under 1530
Make some food to eat.
Stick to it!
326.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 166.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Fine, you suck, so what? You can either be a sucking fat pig or a sucking hottie. Get off the cross, someone needs the wood. Life ain't easy so drop the feeling sorry for yourself and just do it. Ten years will pass and you can either be a fat lump of loserville or some hottie that says, remember when.

Hi Brenda. A couple things that might help. Make sure you are eating 12-15 g of NET carbs from veggies every day. I like to record all my veggies under the "snack" section. That way it's easier to track. Also looking at your food diary, it looks like you aren't eating enough veggies. Don't beat yourself up! Set mini goals that way it won't seem so overwhelming! Find the list off acceptable induction foods and stick to a pure induction for one week, I guarantee you will lose. Good luck.
