Today I’ve learned a big lesson being in a hurry, shouldn’t mean fast because Taco Bell is not good for your calorie count especially when the food was not that satisfying. One lunch cost me 2/3 of my DRA Tomorrow is my second weigh in , hoping that this lesson isn’t to costly By the way today was by far most calories since I started this new plan
