Did not go to sleep until about 4am as engrossed in novel I was reading, and then slep till 11am. Plus side is I didn't eat until abut 4pm and that was 18 hour fast.....I choose to look at the positive. Didn't go anywhere today but talked to Angie and will call Eloise later.
