I don't usually weigh myself two days in a row and yesterday was late in the day too. This morning I woke up feeling good and weighed pre intake..... 14 st barrier broken! 😁
195.3 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
