Me aumente 10 Lbs en 9 meses por desmotivacion en hacer ejercicio, comer mucho dulce y no llevar una alimentacion balanceada!...I'm back to my track now!!!!!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
