Really fell off the wagon hard core. After having lost 22 pounds in November, I fell into the typical cliche'd holiday trap. I gained weight back and then continued to allow myself to slide.
Well, I just turned 31 on Saturday and it's time to kick my but in gear. I've adjusted my goal from 200 to 220. I'll be healthy at that weight and, once I get there, can work for an extra 20 pounds off, but 220 is a more realistic goal (and it gets me to the outside of my preferred weight range).
