Got in 4 mi this AM before launching with SB at 5:40 AM!! Yikes. hitting the water pretty hard. Didn't get to weights last night. Maybe tonight??
197.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
