Hello everyone - had a quick chat with a co-worker and we were talking about the weight I had lost and how I did it and have stuck to it. I let hi, know that I researched and tried one way that works for me and more importantly, I finally made the decision to lose the weight. He asked why I started to and asked was it due to medical issues. I told him know and then gave him my reasons:

1. I did it for me
2. I wanted to be able to sleep better
3. To get rid of the feet/ankle/knee pain
4. I wanted clothes to fit better on me
5. I also wanted the 'damn, you look good" comments from others.
6. More importantly, I did it for me.

Our journey is a hard one but well worth it. Have a great Thursday everyone.
