So this is June and I've gained 16lbs since January....no excuses just laziness in both tracking my food, dieting went out the window...actually through the window at the drive-thru fast food joints...exercise minimally. But today is a new day and a new start. It was difficult to write in my journal admitting failure once again but I just have to pick up my fat butt and do something.
