One day sooner i decide to weigh myself 😊. Now, i am happy that the result is satisfying ☘️. 1 kg per week i reduced my weight. In the past, maybe bacause of my job stress i ate too much and my stomach was very big. But, fortunately from the time ⌚ i am monitoring my diet i feel my stomach also is smaller and i feel less hunger in comparison with the past. There is still a long distance between me and my settled goal 🥅. I hope i end my journey with constant strong 💪 steps. I need your support and prayers. Wish me luck ✌️
