So i'm not doing too good. I stopped exercising and and eating well completely. I just eat whats easily available now. I'm not motivated to go the extra mile to make sure i'm on a healthy path.
I need to work on my dedication and my motivation and hopefully I can find it by monday when I plan to start the insanity workout programme again.
To make sure that I dnt fall off track and to keep motivated i've decided to start doing a daily journal instead of a weekly one. I hope this works.
Although I'm going to officially start the insanity program on monday i will try to work out during the rest of this week and work on my eating habits. Wish me luck, Kie Kie
