i didn't record in my diet journals the last 2 days..need to be more diligent about my records. i went back and tried to remember what i ate the best i could. i have eaten at least 3 to 4 servings of fruit per gay because of the muscle spasms. i discovered yesterday the i been taking double doses of my morning meds which might have caused the palpitations and muscle weakness...have got to pay more attention/ only lost 2 pounds..according to the math it should have been 4 pounds but since i didn't keep adequate records i cant pinpoint the cause...will do better going forward.
