I am feeling particularly tired lately. I know that I am not getting enough sleep but it's important to me to spend time with my kids when I work my three 12 hr shifts so I consider it to be worth the sacrifice. But then tonight while on my break at work I go to the gym and I can't seem to get motivated. I did about 12 minutes of lifting and 10minutes of rowing. I do only get a half hr break so considering that atleast I got something done but my heart wasn't in it tonight. Hopefully I will start feeling better tomorrow:) My diet was okay today (I think) I wasn't keeping track today so I'm not really sure. Atleast I still weighed in at 126 so happy about that:) Hawaii here I come:):)
