Day 1 of being back at the gym. Geeze it feels good after you've worked out. The only thing i found wrong was that I was all of a sudden craving chocolate, which in all reality is my strongest weakness. But two thumbs up for me for not falling to my addictions!! Anyways, just wanted to note that I've finally been back to the gym!! And I've decided that Every Wednesday I'm going to do a weigh in journal entry, which is going to include my fat mass and percentage as well as my measurements. Figure if I put it out there for all of the world to see that I might be a little more concerned about the numbers when I feel like going through a drive through!!

Fat. lbs: 94

Well done! I recently went back to the gym and found that I had a HUGE appetite in the couple hours afterward. This is very common because your body is telling your brain that it needs fuel.... the trouble is that most people eat too much after working out and haven't burned off enough calories to justify that second helping at lunch, or extra piece of chicken! Well done on getting back into the gym though - I know I was dreading it at first, but I've been every day for the last fortnight and feel like king kong afterwards. Keep up the good work!
