Today is a good day.

I am so happy that this routine is working, and now it is just about automatic. I indulge on Friday, do what I do on weekends, and come to work and the weight falls off Mon-Thurs (My Workweek). Sometimes I lose focus when I see certain numbers, but all I have to do is look at my calendar or my weight history here and I am ok. Basically for the past several weeks I am at new lows. It is kind of mind blowing in a way. Even I have the disease where I want to see the weight gone now, or want to be done, but alas, I kind of like this.

Yesterday's lunch was Taco Bell (3 fresco's and a nacho ~ 700 cals). Dinner wifey cooked chicken and veggies. I had toast and cream cheese as carbs. I was concerned as it was a big dinner, but it was ok. I am still sore and beat from my biking, and it was what I needed I think.

I was not going to bike ride, but everyone was gone at a movie. So I went. They did a premier here for "Abe Lincoln Vampire Hunter" and the wife and kids went. They apparently were the 2nd audience in the world to see it? I dunno, but they were happy, got some autographed pictures, and I got some quiet time.

Bike ride was late, I left at 1800, which is about dusk. I have lights so I ended up having to use them. I ride 90% on bikepaths/trails. It was pretty neat. I did not take my water in a camelbak, I took a bottle (Big mistake). Also, my seat post gave me trouble.

I tried to adjust my bike a few weeks ago to fit me better, adjusting the seat. Ever since then I have been having fits with it every couple days. Another situation of I should have just left it alone. Now it is all messed up and about every other bike ride something goes awry. I have a nice tool with me, but it is very frustrating when your hot, riding, and in a zone to have your seat go haywire. Hopefully it is behind me so to speak, or I will be heading to the bike shop!

Anyway, today is a great day.
