Good morning people - it is a beautiful day out there. So I am a little tired today - I had a hard time sleeping. I had some anxiety about having to do a fasting lab and not being able to eat this morning. I am still a little nervous about taking my insulin and being able to get right to a meal. Long story short is it all went ok - I dosed, got my lab work done and then went to the cafeteria at work and got a reasonable meal in. I had a nice coffee and am ready to start work. I really appreciate seeing everyone posts and their successes and struggles as it makes me feel ok to journal. I have a doctor appointment today and I am going to talk about the pain in my feet, it is getting annoying. Diabetes sucks - but it is not going to win because I am going to kick its ass. I hope everyone has a great day today on their adventure.
