I haven't been eating well [or tracking it, except in my head] but I've been WORKING. I go to the gym DAILY, something I never thought I could or would do. I do 1000calorie workouts on one day and then every other day, I do 500calorie workouts.
143.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
