Day 13: How Do I Measure Up?

Weighing In.


Saturday morning weigh in and for the first time in several weeks I am not dreading it. I know I have been making good choices, tracking, and exercising my butt off. How will all my efforts and hard work translate to the scale?

I lost 1.6 pounds this week and even though it may not seem like a lot, if I keep losing that amount every week, at this rate, I will have lost over 20 lbs in 10 weeks (August 18).

Better than expected, I have established healthy habits that improve my quality of life and that can last a lifetime.
