Into the second month, midnight tonight will mark two '5 Keto days' over. I have lost 12 pounds since I started getting serious about loosing some unwanted poundage! Now, the plan is to be good and not go over 1400 calories every day until next months '5 Keto days'. If i am good for two or three weeks I will allow myself a doughnut or a dessert when we eat out ... so long as I keep calories under control even on my splurge day I will be A-OK. I am getting mighty tired of hard boiled eggs and baked chicken. I could bet a million dollars I will have my hand on something carb laden when the clock strikes midnight!
