Week 1 went very very well. I met most of my targets. Made the week's meals ahead of time and kept to my WW points each day -- until losing resolve on Friday, when I ignored my lo-cal lunch and opted for chinese food at the food fair and chocolate in the pm. Water all week instead of coffee (yay me!!). 15 min walk 2x day. Saturday morning did a 4k power walk and had a nice healthy breakfast.
Next week: continue WW meals and keep my resolve all five days! Continue walking program, starting with a 4k power walk on Sunday. Continue with water each day. Fit in at least one gym visit (shooting for Wednesday). Weigh in at the gym on Wednesday!!
