Even though there was no change in the scale, i feel like I have lost more. My boobs are skinnier...lol, wonderful that is always the firat place to go. I think due to the weight machines i am putting on muscle which weighs more than fat.We shall see next week.... :-)
182.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
