today i am series now! i been saying i am going to eat this not that, well it didn't turn out the way i wanted,i eat like a pound of fiber and i still didn't go to the bathroom it seem i should never took my doctor advice but i know she is right, but i just hate not going to the bathroom, well i am going to start these new fiber pills and see how it goes,
i am not getting on the scale till Sunday, hm it seem when i am feeling backed up i don't want to get on the scale. let just hope i didn't gain to much.
