CD1's Journal, 06 March 2018

Well I'm back at this once again. I let myself go and gained back all the weight I lost...shame on me. I'm not looking back and I will again be successful. Got to put in the work and it will pay off in the end.
Day 2 - body is very sore from working out, got to push thru the pain. Doimg well staying within my calorie plan.
