I am still so amazed that I don't have the craving for sugar. I think I am in love with this diet. The only time I was having a moment was when the whole family was eating popsicles. I used an atkins shake and froze in the popsicle mould, that took care of that problem. I am still not losing weight very fast, but I feel so great it's all good.
