Turning over a new leaf... I feel healthier since I've been eating better foods in the last month, but I'm still eating more calories than I would like in order to lose weight. 3 weeks to first [public] bathing suit day, 7 weeks to bridesmaids dress fitting, 9 weeks to beach, 12 weeks to BF's wedding. I want to lose 2 lbs a week for each of those things, starting this week. So far so good .... though I definitely had a moment of weakness with a block of cheese and some crackers last night... a whopping 600 calorie snack (old habits die hard... I had done so well to avoid cheese and after a really bad day I just... snapped.) I am going to try to let go of the guilt because it won't help anything, but that is the LAST TIME that happens! Today is a diet of fruit, veggies, and a small amount of dairy, and I'll have some protein with dinner, and then a good long workout to make me feel better about that cheese!
