Man this week was rough, I had trouble pysching myself up to go to the gym. What's going on? I did end up going but not working out to my full potential. Today was weigh-in day and I did manage to loose 1 pound. I'm kinda upset because I know I could've done better. Oh well tomorrow's another day. I will not give up.
