Hey all, I'm a 21 y/o living in South Florida. Currently I consider my self under construction, I'm motivating myself towards a better self esteem and just a better me inside and out. My diet plan is simple I try to keep my calorie intake between 1000-1400 a day. I usually spread that out to total 6 small meals a day. My workouts usually consist of a 15 min warm-up, weight training (lower body Monday and Wednesdays and lower Tuesday and Thursdays). I drink about 4-6 bottles a water a day and no other beverages. My long term weight loss goal is 145.
