Have gained 11 lbs. since the death of my partner 2016. I have been out of control with my food as has been my life. Must get this weight gain off because it adds to stress. I walk 5 miles a day, 5 days a week but it seems to make no difference. I know I can do this...but like most things it won't be easy.
