Yesterday's food day was a write off! Didn't get my proper lunch in due to my appointments. Work was a very mental day on top of this. After work I was super busy and at the end of the day, I ended up eating badly and late - I did get a nice little walk in after we ate. I guess it can be the treat of the week - chips, a hot dog some licorice and ice cream for dinner! I did gain a little up this morning but also know I did have a good jog on Sunday so have been seeing those gains after exercising! I am going to eat normal again today and see what happens tomorrow. Going for another jog tonight!
