Well the last two days I have just lost all sense of control. I have eaten everything in sight. Strangely enough I feel better about things and I’m ready to start anew tomorrow. I actually feel really relieved and invigorated. I guess that what I needed was just a day or two to just do nothing. Think nothing. Just be. Getting right back up and pushing forward.
