Day 3 water fast and as expected I lost some weight.

Feeling great though, no hunger pangs. I did almost order lunch and then stopped myself at the very last second lol

Got a routine checkup on Friday so I might be able to get some stats on my health.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
