I was on point w my carbs today, but then I overindulged with wine at dinner, had several glasses. Feeling bummed.

Don't feel bummed! It's true you're not supposed to drink while on induction, but you didn't go over your carb limit so don't worry too much. I would suggest if you live by yourself or if your significant other isn't a big drinker, just don't have any alcohol in the house. After the first 2 weeks of induction, you're technically allowed to have some hard alcohol, but I've found that drinking less can help me lose weight. Of course I'm still having a few glasses of wine or a few rum and diet cokes here and there, but if I were perfect I wouldn't be on fatsecret in the first place! Keep up the good work!
