Hello world and fellow inspired weightless hopefuls,

How is your day or night going so far? Mines is going pretty well as I have came to the realization that it's time to get serious about my weightloss and to put a halt on the useless excuses. I know, trust me I know, we have said this to ourselves simultaneously, ultimately converting Mondays to the beginning of every Week 1, but this time is different. How come? Because I am tired. Tired? Is that a typo? No, it is typed correctly. I am tired. I am tired of being out of shaped, tired of feeling bad about every fattening food that I consume, and most of all, exhausted from not being satisfied with the look and conditioning of my body. I am 21; I am in my prime some would say, why the heck am I at 20 something percent body fat?! Unacceptable and ultimately unhealthy! World, I know that it is time for a change.

What is a goal without a plan? Absolutely nothing more than an idea or a dream that will forever haunt you because you never took the time out to PLAN. I never understood the importance of planning until I made legions of goals just to find them always end up becoming another failed attempt. How come? Because I never planned ahead. This time will be different! So what's my plan of attack?
1. Be accountable. I will achieve this by taking weekly photos and weigh ins, that of which I will have to report to my trainer bi-weekly. I will also start a blog (hence I am here =]) to make things...more personal. I find that with almost everything in life, if you have people supporting you, you are more likely to follow through with the plan.
2. Logging. I have decided that I need to start logging every single thing that I eat and drink. Also every workout that I do paired with my feelings, measurements and weight. I feel as if this will make my journey more memorable. I will be able to look back and see how my body reacted to the plans that I was doing.
3. Planning ahead. I will log all of my workouts in my little workout journal a week prior, that way I know what to expect when I hit the gym. I will also be sure to lay my gym clothes the night prior..it'll make it easier for me in the morning time =] on top of that I will also have to cook my meals ahead of time, eating 6 meals a day.
4. Have fun!! With all of these rules it can become quite daunting, so I'll be sure to counteract that with a ray of different workout songs and cute workout gear!

So, this is just the foundation for my work that lies ahead. Daily I will come to get my daily dose of feeling as if I am in this with a team by blogging my workouts, diet and just my thoughts for the day. Tomorrow will mark my LAST beginning of Week 1! Yay!! That's something to be proud of all in its own. I hope that you all join me on this journey! Until tomorrow, goodnight.
