Went for the 30km ride yesterday and literally drained me to the core especially the hills and one was about 1km however the downhills were awesome as short lived as they were. I must have hit at least 70km on one. I went through at least 3l of water and my heart rate was averaging about 150 bpms which was good. I was starting to look to add activities such as tennis but I have cancelled for now as my knee is acting up. So until I lose at least a further 15kg no high impact sports or proper running I am too heavy for that and will hurt myself.
280.4 lb Lost so far: 59.3 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
