Honestly could not be bothered with slight weight gain. Did everything right yesterday but I will probably check my ketones. Feeling generally tired lots of activities yesterday and no time to rest. I have a 3 hr ride today not sure what I am getting myself into especially the way I am feeling.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 90.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
