Well I did have a soda today but it was only 20 oz. and not the 44 I usually get 3 of. So that is progress towards getting back on the right track. I am done eating for the day and have not worked out. I still have time to go workout and will do it after I get off work this evening. I am actually looking forward to working out it seems like it has been ages.

Awesome! I think my main focus here is to cut back on soda, and thats a big cut back for sure. Cutting that many calories out will help us stay under or RDI, and that plus working out I think will help us get our weight loss on.

Try diet sodas if you just really need that taste it doesnt have sugar and less calories.
