Weigh in is later today. Last week I lost almost three pounds when I added running in. I'm really hopeful I'll see more good results today!
Also, I realized I need to start running in the morning because my night running has gotten so effective that I lie awake for hours afterward... but I haven't quite mastered getting up at 5am yet.
So while I packed my gym bag last night, I never made it there this morning. I'm pretty bummed I missed my run, within the next few days I really need to get into that routine, because I am LOVING how loose my pants are feeling since I started!
