I guess the 148.5 was a fluke, back to 150. Haven't really then lost any weight even though now I'm averaging around 1600 calories per day plus exercising at least 1 hour per day.......... I exercise at night and come home hungry so maybe eating a sandwich at 10 pm isn't the best thing even after eating healthy all day! will have to figure out something else to eat at night when I come home.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
