I had gone back up to 195, but have been tracking calories for 12 days and am back to 190. have walked some at work, and plan to walk at least 3 days per week for half an hour. Will start with the walking poles this week.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 190.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
