Would meal replacement protein bars be helpful for someone like me, or would it be too easy to binge on? I've tried before when I was much much smaller and my experience was mixed

@Klynn, I'm going by what you wrote, you didn't specify the last time you had a box of them. l was looking out for you in this matter.Just to give you a heads up, excess protein filtering through the kidneys is the kidneys worst enemy!

@Murph, I knew that you didnt mean anything bad. I was just saying that was why I no longer let myself buy them. Sorry if it came across as defensive, I was just explaining. Thanks for the heads up, though, I didnt know that it could hurt my kidneys to filter excess protein. I appreciate it.

No I don’t recommend you do that it’s not healthy for you you need protein healthy clean carbs like potato sweet potatoes veggies and if you need something sweet have a fruit it’s nature’s candy I would recommend organic if your on a budget get at least dairy and meet just try to get everything fresh no can or box foods high on sodium and lots of preservatives that could make you very sick in the long run if you choose to eat bread do the Ezekiel they have it at Trader Joe’s always look at the back and I’m not just talking about sodium calories carbs I’m taking about the ingredients what is actually made with stay away from soy
