I'll try again tomorrow, between all the stress and shame, and really caving to emotional eating, I don't think I can really do much today to salvage it, but I know beating myself up will just make it harder to get back on board tomorrow so I'm just gonna try to accept

Sure you can, please change your mindset. There are some cruel people in this world, we need to ignore. What would you rather be mean and ignorant or overweight. You my dear are an individual don't let society dictate how you treat yourself. You need to be kind to yourself, just like you would be to a friend. Hugs,

JM, don't you dare talk bad about my friend! Try to talk to YOURSELF as you would talk to a dear friend. Encourage yourself with kind words. You wouldn't shame a friend or put them down because they had a bad day. Tomorrow is a new day, and a day of VICTORY for you! Embrace it with open arms.
