Anyone do the 16/8 intermittent fasting? Work well? It’s been 3 days for me but seams to easy to be effective.

1167 kcal Fat: 53.69g | Prot: 99.95g | Carb: 68.07g.   Breakfast: Coffee. Lunch: Caesar Salad Dressing , Chicken Out Rotisserie 1/4 White Chicken (No Skin), Calavo Avocado, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Trader Joe's Fully Cooked Long Grain Brown Rice, Birds Eye Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Bigelow Tea Green Tea, Kirkland Signature Trail Mix. more...
