every small victory helps! this is actually what I weighed day before I started, but I ate a lot of salt that night.

did pretty well with eating yesterday. still have to enter dinner last night, but I think I'm on a good start!

lots of errands to run today, and if my knee is up to it, there might even be a nice walk in there somewhere!

156.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
