I don't know how this week is going to work with my diet. As I've started work, I've been eating super early and super late. Not been going to the toilet enough, and I'm in London Friday and Saturday on a trip.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 February 2018:

Just be mindful and try to eat before you become ravenous. You've been making good progress so I predict you'll be fine. Enjoy your trip! And good luck coming up with solutions for dealing with your schedule!

thanks tomlong! I'm trying! it's real awkward not being able to eat from 9:30am til 5:30pm. it's when I do 90% of my eating lol
