Had expected a bit of a break through. But alas am still bouncing around mid-high 40s!! Seems like I am forever trading the same 4/6lbs. I try to keep disappointment at bay. But this last few days I've been desperately disciplined, increased my strength exercising, upped the protein and veggies.. avoided the carbs and there's hardly any visible benefit :((

I would recommend getting a dexa scan to see what your actual percentages of fat:muscle you have. Then adjust from there.

It's a body scan that gives you an accurate look at how much muscle and fat you have in your body. Look up Dexa Fit and see if they have a location in your area. There are a few other companies that do them, but this is the most common one.
