I have had a pretty good food week - stayed 100 - 200 calories below my target calorie/energy intake. I am working on increasing my stamina for walking - can do about 15 minutes of walking with no pain then it gets hard.
Meeting with Applied Fitness Solutions today at 5PM - they will help me create a work out I can handle with my back and ankle issues and help me to build stamina for longer work-outs. Very excited about this meeting.
