I had intentions this morning of not eating breakfast. But I am diabetic and I didn't want my blood sugar to get too low. So I ate some chicken my Son in law cooked last night in the crockpot, 1/2 cup of jasmine rice he made, 1 T. smart balance, and coffee with nondairy coconut French vanilla creamer in it. I don't want to eat anymore for breakfast. I'm going to try to cut back at lunch and dinner to make up for my mistake yesterday.
