Back slidden and feeling hopeless. Any advice would be much appreciated. I feel like giving up.
130.7 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week

Dont give up. Remember your doing it for you. for every time you felt uncomfortabe in your own skin, your own clothes. your doing it for evrerytime you looked in the mirror and couldnt face it again that day. your doing it for the times you wanted to wear something but felt you couldnt. for all the times you questioned why you do this to yourself, why did you let it get the bad. do it for that. do it so you never have to feel that way again. do it for you. do it to show the haters. do it for YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH. (this is my pep talk. hope it works for you)

Always remember, it doesn't matter how long it takes to reach your goal! As long as you don't give up, you WILL reach it. We all have setbacks along the way, it's a given. Just carry on. Your next meal is always a chance to get back on track xxx
